We regularly recognize the contributions of our team members in a monthly organizational newsletter and global meetings – often for them going above and beyond expectations. And this year, the team has shown more than ever what they’re capable of.

For all of us around the world, 2020 has been a year like no other and presented huge challenges to our regular work routines. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to work from our homes, keep a safe distance from our colleagues who we’d normally work closely with every day and support our customers remotely through our own digital communication solutions. But we’re extremely proud to say that not only did our employees adapt and rise to these challenges, they smashed through them! They took hold of the obstacles with both hands and did what NDC Technologies’ personnel do best – solve complex problems.

No one has a crystal ball and really knows what the rest of this year and 2021 will bring. The continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic along with economic factors are bound to have a few more stings in the tail as time goes on. But one thing will remain constant throughout all of that – NDC Technologies and our employees.
