Statement on NDC Technologies' BREXIT Preparations
As the UK has now legally left the EU (Brexit) on January 31st, 2020, both have entered a transition period to negotiate and implement a trade deal by December 31, 2020. During this period, the UK will continue to participate in the EU Customs Union and the Single Market to allow businesses time to prepare. This means the free movement of goods, people, services and capital between the UK and EU remains until January 1, 2021. As the EU and UK negotiate the trade deal and details become available, we will plan and act accordingly to ensure changes will not negatively affect our ability to deliver products and services to our EU and UK customers. If warranted, we have plans for a worst-case, no-trade-deal scenario starting with preparations completed last year for a possible no-deal Brexit.
