The MM710e On-Line Snacks Gauge and the InfraLab At-Line Analyzer, are specifically configured for chip and crisp processing environments, can be supplied as a  single component Moisture sensor or in dual component Moisture + Oil measurement formats.

The MM710e can be incorporated into closed loop control systems due to its choice of Ethernet and Analog connectivity to maintain key moisture and oil parameters for chip and crisp production within the limits of the specification.

With the ability to measure a sample in just 5 seconds, InfraLab improves process visibility and provides a rapid alternative to gravimetric and laboratory chemical methods of moisture and oil analysis in potato chip and crisp processing. With Ethernet Connectivity and a USB data download function, data can be accessed with ease.
